The river boardwalk was a great escape from the busy city life, and the nearby hot springs provided a relaxing atmosphere. the staff was courteous and attentive to our needs, which made us feel comfortable during our romantic escape. the private spring room was a lovely addition, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views without any interruption.
The room that we were staying in did not provide us a view of the stunning river. This made it difficult to enjoy the location's natural beauty to its fullest.

We had a wonderful stay at this Japanese, style hotel. the delicious Kaiseki dinner was the highlight of our stay. the hot springs provide a stunning view of the surroundings. We loved the private spring room. the river boardwalk was right next to the hotel, and we enjoyed walking there. the staff were courteous and provided excellent service. Our Japanese, style room was comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. the bathroom was clean and well, stocked.
The view of the river from the ground floor might not be as good as from higher floors.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the delicious kaiseki dinner, the private spring room which was well thought-out and had beautiful views, and the polite staff who provided excellent service. In addition, the hotel's location next to the river board walk was a bonus.

Spent Christmas at a lovely traditional Japanese hotel by the river. The dinner was absolutely sumptuous and the hot springs offered a marvellous view. A private spring room was a great bonus and the staff was incredibly polite. Being right next to the river boardwalk made for a perfect location for a stroll.
Stayed in a Japanese style room on the ground floor which prevented us from seeing the beautiful river. That was a bit of a pity, but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
